How do I make an order?
It's easy :) Browse through our collection and add the product you're interested in into your cart. Once you are ready, you may proceed to checkout where the total price inclusive of shipping fee will be calculated based on your provided address. Please ensure that your address is keyed in correctly.
All items are on PRE-ORDER basis unless stated otherwise.
Pre-order items usually take approximately 3 weeks to arrive and we will ship it to you ASAP once it reaches us. However, the estimated time for pre-order items are not guaranteed. We will be sure to notify you should there be any unexpected delay in the delivery process.
Where can I find the size chart?
The size chart for each design can be found on their individual product page under the Size Chart tab (next to Description). As the measurements may differ for different items, we suggest you to refer to their individual size charts respectively for the most accurate measurements.
*Please note that there may be a slight deviation in measurements due to different measuring tools used.
*Item's actual colour may differ slightly due to different lighting.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to West Malaysia & East Malaysia.
For international orders, kindly contact us to enquire further.
What are the delivery charges?
The delivery charges will automatically be calculated during checkout.
For your reference, the delivery charges will be as below:
West Malaysia: RM10
East Malaysia: RM15
We offer free shipping for orders above RM150 for West Malaysia, and orders above RM200 for East Malaysia.
How long will it take for the delivery?
Please expect your parcel to arrive within 3-5 working days for West Malaysia and within 7 working days for East Malaysia.
All our parcels are delivered using DHL as their service has been excellent in delivering our parcels, sometimes even earlier than the expected time frame stipulated above.
What are the payment methods available?
We accept online bank payment through multiple bank options and e-wallets via iPay88 as our payment gateway.
The e-wallet payment options available include Boost, GrabPay and Touch 'n Go.
For payment via online bank transfer, please include your order number in the remarks and provide us a screenshot of the bank transfer slip once the transfer has been made. You may login to our website and submit the receipt under 'My Orders', or you may also send us the screenshot directly on Instagram or Facebook.
Your ordered items will be processed and delivered on the next working day after payment is received.
Do you accept any exchanges or refunds?
We only accept the exchange of items. If you receive your items in an unsatisfactory condition, please inform us immediately (with photos) within 7 days upon receiving the item.
***Please note that there are strictly NO EXCHANGE / REFUND for all clearance sale items.
1) Exchange of items are accepted ONLY with the criterias below:
- Item is in its’ original condition & packaging
- Item is unworn, unaltered, unwashed
- Item is returned to us within 14 days from the day the customer receives the item
Please note that:
- Sizes of item to be exchanged are subject to availability.
- Shipping fee for the exchanging of items will be borne by the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Should there be a price difference in the item to be exchanged, the customer will be required to pay the difference if the item to be exchanged is of higher value.
- We do allow for customers to exchange to items of lower value, however please note that the price difference will not be refunded.
2) If the reasons for exchange is due to our mistake such as the below:
- Item received is not in the size / colour that was ordered (as indicated in the order confirmation)
- Item received is damaged
For exchanges with the above mentioned reasons under clause number 2, the shipping fee for the exchanging of items will be borne by us upon verification of the returned goods.
Please inform us immediately (with photos) within 7 days upon receiving the item.
In the event of exceptional cases where a refund is required, we will inspect the returned item upon receiving and immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item via email.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 working days* depending on your card issuer's policies.
*Please note that the time frame of refund is subjective to the payment method used and the card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of items, unless the reason for return falls under clause number 2 in the 'Exchanges' section. Please note that shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. Should you receive a refund, please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
