Do you accept any exchanges or refunds?
We only accept the exchange of items. If you receive your items in an unsatisfactory condition, please inform us immediately (with photos) within 7 days upon receiving the item.
1) Exchange of items are accepted only with the criterias below:
- Item is in its’ original condition & packaging
- Item is unworn, unaltered, unwashed
- Item is returned to us within 14 days from the day the customer receives the item
Please note that:
Sizes of item to be exchanged are subject to availability.
Shipping fee for the exchanging of items will be borne by the customer.
Should there be a price difference in the item to be exchanged, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
2) If the reasons for exchange is due to our mistake such as the below:
- Item received is not in the size / colour that was ordered
- Item received is damaged
For exchanges with the above mentioned reasons under clause number 2, the shipping fee for the exchanging of items will be borne by us upon verification of the returned goods.
Please inform us immediately (with photos) within 7 days upon receiving the item.
In the event of exceptional cases where a refund is required, we will inspect the returned item upon receiving and immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
